A 2.5 acre project with which the developer wanted us to achieve premium FSI. CMDA had many constraints with whom we battled and won some wars and lost a few.

A single block. An attempt to create a single connected residential development centred on the club house and the podium garden on the first floor and a terrace garden.

Garden pockets on the skin and inside all together create an environment unlike other residential developments.
