Our early attempts at creating community spaces sprung from this project. The courtyard held the four blocks together that were connected with terraces at various levels.

The lift core and staircase enabled views of the courtyard from every floor and it gave the large core spaces of interest. Parking fully in the basement with multiple entrances and exits.

We had not yet mastered of how to handle the AC units and easy accessibility to service ducts. Learnings that helped us to work on this and now have mastered this in great detail.
