A small site. A huge area to be built. The minimum setbacks becomes the foot print. The puzzle of parking many cars and the forces of vasthu all become problems to resolve. But the desire to get well ventilated spaces with a decent flow within the single floor apartment makes this work well.

Being on a cul de sac not much traffic. So to make this a marker, the curved balcony a result of the site and the terracotta jalli with different forms create the mnemonic that expresses itself differently during the day and a jewel at night.
