Very similar to Appaswamy Capella - wonder why we get such foot prints.

The block here is one but not connected within. Similar attitudes as Capella to community spaces. The club house goes to the top most floor where the block becomes one.

North south longer facades help in reducing heat gain. The facade is treated as a puzzle that breaks the monotony of a repeat.
