Banyan House

An inspiring site with an old banyan tree that presented itself at the entrance to the site and therefore gave us the ability to have the OSR as part of that. The tree will therefore survive and the OSR will remain green.

A stepped MSB apartment block determined by height constraints imposed on us by the airport.!!! The entire building is developed around four large landscaped courtyards interconnected but private from the outside world. Extremely well ventilated apartments, sharing a common space on every floor. This works as a collective space and a shared atrium that looks into the courtyard.

A sense of openness and the inside outside interface makes these homes an experience.
