Affordable housing has always been looked at as small units stacked with corridors and nothing more. We needed to change this and stepped out to do something different.

As always the shared spaces more important than the functional inside homes. When we did the entire project we suddenly realised that it resembled Barcelona city plan.

Presented this to a few agencies the client was showing. Many of them were shocked with what was being designed. Unfortunately it did not get built for various reasons.
